Property Management Services ABOUT OUR TEAM  Audie Street, Owner & Holly Lovett, Owner  Cissy Scott, Bookkeeper Cissy Scott has been a resident of
the Gulf Coast area for the past 26 years. Past experience includes
closing real estate transactions along the Mississippi Gulf Coast for 5 years,
managing a real estate company in Daphne, Alabama, for 10 years, and managing a
real estate company in Pensacola for the past 3 and a half years. A
banking background and the 18 years of working with a real estate company offer
a strong bookkeeping experience specifically related to the real estate
industry. A love of the area, people, and lifestyle has inspired Cissy to
remain a Gulf Coast resident. Working with the Our Gulf Coast
Properties team of professionals is an added bonus!  Luke Street, Long-Term Rental Properties, Manager Born in Pensacola, Luke has been in Real Estate his whole
life; starting with delivering fliers door-to-door with is Dad when he was 7
years old, sitting at open houses, and tagging along on listing appointments.
He earned his Florida Real Estate license when he was 18 and worked as a
Realtor while attending the University of West Florida for a B.S. in
Management. Luke has been with Our Gulf Coast Properties since 2009 as
the Long Term Property Manager and Office Manager and continues to work hard
toward providing the best service possible for his clients, tenants and
co-workers. His commitment and experience with the Greater Pensacola area helps
offer an intimate understanding of the market and local trends.  Amanda Lynch, Vacation Rental Properties, Manager A native to the area, Amanda Lynch is the operations manager for the vacation rental side of the company. Amanda graduated from the University of West Florida in 2009 and joined the Our Gulf Coast Team in the Spring of 2010. She obtained her Real Estate license this year, in addition to being recognized by the Florida Vacation Rental Managers Association. A love of Pensacola Beach and the surrounding areas influenced this career path, and a desire to promote the area will continue to make the vacation rental service industry a fulfilling one. Amanda and her twin sister, Rebecca (the other half of the vacation rental team), are passionate about customer service, effective communication, and creating vacations that will have guests returning year after year.  Rebecca Lynch, Vacation Rental Properties, Agent Also a native to the area, Rebecca Lynch takes pride in sharing the love of Pensacola Beach with her customers. Rebecca is currently pursuing her degree in Marketing & Finance from the University of West Florida, & has been a Leasing Agent with Our Gulf Coast since the Spring of 2010. Rebecca is committed to offering you the best possible vacation experience!  Ashley Carlson, Long Term Rentals, Property Manager Ashley is the newest member of the Our Gulf Coast Team. She is an invaluable part of the long-term property management and also handles the office management tasks.
